Culture & history

Reside was founded in 2013 by Anthony Stankard. Following a successful 17-year career in the corporate property world, Anthony wanted to establish an agency built on unrivalled expertise with people at its heart.

He was soon joined by Operations Director Kate, and Sales and Marketing Director Rhiannon, and together they’ve grown Reside into what it is today – an award-winning team of 20, and one of Manchester’s leading, independent property consultancies.

We know and love this dynamic city. And whether we’re promoting an exciting new build, or regenerating a well-loved or forgotten neighbourhood, we’re passionate about creating and sustaining thriving communities here in Manchester.
